RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All BK Atelier carrier and totes are Final Sale. All Carrier & Totes are brand new when purchased and free from any pet scent therefore it cannot be returned. We perform a quality check on every piece before it is shipped out to ensure all zippers and snaps are in working order.

Should you change your mind before your order is processed and is en route from our facility for delivery, we can cancel your order without charge. If you have any additional  questions regarding your carrier or tote please do not hesitate to get in touch with us (info@bkatelier.com). Please make sure you include your order number in your email.

DUTIES (for all International orders)

Prices and shipping costs on the site do not include taxes and duties. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees. For more information regarding custom policies, please contact your country's local customs office.

We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Payment of duty and applicable fees and taxes are usually collected at time of delivery. If the customer refuses to pay the fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to sender. In these cases, any additional fees incurred as a result of the customer refusing the delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and the original order will NOT be refunded.

All International orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. BK Atelier is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. 

Orders placed with BK Atelier will generally ship within 1-3 business days, if purchased before 12:00 EST Monday to Friday. If you require rush delivery please contact us at info@bkatelier.com.  If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled due to stock, payment or otherwise, we will contact you via email.
