New Shipping Procedures

{UPDATED October 2023} 

At BK Atelier, safety is our priority.  As such we are revising our shipping/delivery procedures for 2023 to limit the interaction between customers and courier:   

  • Signature-free Delivery: We adjusted our procedures to ensure that customers do not need to touch any device to sign for their order--this is a safety precaution we've put in place for the safety of our customers. If you would like to sign for your package please make note of it in the checkout notes. (We ship via USPS Priority Mail® and or Canada Post Priority all packages will have tracking numbers)
  • *UPDATE* (February 2023)  Due to the high volume of shipments at this time with our shipping couriers USPS and Canada Post, you may experience tracking number confirmation delays on their website and we are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking number to follow its journey!
  • When we receive your order we process and ship within 1-2 business days. When you receive your tracking number, your package may take anywhere from 4-10 business days to be delivered within the US & Canada. International shipments may take 12-20 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays. 
  • At this time we are not offering overnight or express shipping within 1-3 business days as we cannot guarantee your carrier will arrive on the delivery date.

BK Atelier is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once it has been shipped from our facility. During our "New Shipping/Delivery Procedures" you will receive a tracking number via USPS or Canada Post. Once your package has been delivered it will be your responsibility to receive the package in a timely manner.  

Orders are sent to the exact shipping address provided at the time the order has been placed. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. BK Atelier is not responsible for lost packages or costs incurred by returned packages due to an inaccurate address.
