New Shipping Procedures

{UPDATED April 15, 2021} At BK Atelier, safety is our priority. As such we are revising our shipping/delivery procedures for the remainder 2021 to limit the interaction between customers and courier:   

  • Starting April 25th to June 17th, we will have limited quantities on hand as we expand our warehouse. We are not sold out! however, you may see that the carrier that you like to purchase between that time period may not ship until June 18th.  If you are interested in purchasing a carrier please have all orders in before April 22, 2021 If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at

  • Signature-free Delivery: We adjusted our procedures to ensure that customers do not need to touch any device to sign for their order--this is a safety precaution we've put in place for the safety of our customers. If you would like to sign for your package please make note of it in the checkout notes. (We ship via USPS Priority Mail® and or Canada Post Priority all packages will have tracking numbers)
  • *UPDATE* (March 1, 2021) Currently our shipping partners, USPS as well as Canada Post are experiencing processing, tracking, and delivery delays due to COVID-19 and an increased volume of shipments during this time. When we receive your order we process and ship within 1-3 business days. When you receive your tracking number your our package may take anywhere from 4-7 business days within the US & Canada. International shipments may take 12-15 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays. 

        BK Atelier is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, once it has been shipped from our facility. During our "New Shipping/Delivery Procedures" (In effect through December 31, 2021; we will continue to monitor the situation and update our procedures in accordance to guidance from the government agencies) you will receive a tracking number via USPS or Canada Post. Once your package has been delivered it will be your responsibility to receive the package in a timely manner.  

        Orders are sent to the exact shipping address provided at the time the order has been placed. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. BK Atelier is not responsible for lost packages or costs incurred by returned packages due to an inaccurate address.
